The State of Baja California will change time until Sunday, Nov. 6, along with California, a state official said.
Secretary of Government Francisco Rueda said although most of Mexico changes time today, Baja California residents will adapt their clocks and watches until next week.
On March 2002, the Mexican government published an order in the Federation’s Oficial Daily –equivalent of the U.S. Federal Register- that sets time change for the first Sunday of November in most of the Mexican border municipalities, including Mexicali and Tijuana.
Rueda said the announcement of the conclusion of Baja California’s summer time on Nov. 6 to make sure all residents move their clocks one hour and do not see an impact in their daily activities.
