A man who was accused of sexual abuse against his niece was indicted by a state judge, said the Attorney General’s office.
Authorities said the suspect was identified as Juan Alonso “Doe,” 32.
The victim’s mother filed a lawsuit June 5 against the suspect after listening to her daughters while chatting with her sister regarding the issue.
The victim’s mother took the 4-year-old girl to the doctor who confirmed the sexual abuse.

The judge indicted the suspect and decided to keep Juan Alonso behind bars during trial and gave detectives three months to close the investigation.
Men indicted for robberies
Two men were indicted by state judges for separate robbery cases, said the Attorney General’s office.
One of the suspects was identified by authorities as Daniel Alejandro “Doe,” who was allegedly involved in the Feb. 9 robbery of a law firm by Lázaro Cárdenas Boulevard at Colonia Zacatecas neighborhood.
The agency said the suspect and two other individuals arrive at the e scene and brandished firearms to demand money.
After the robbery the victims were tied by the hands.
The suspects left the scene with purses, wallets, cash, cell phones and a Jeep Wrangler owned by one of the victims.
Police officers arrested the suspects moments later.
The judge decided to keep the suspect behind bars during trial and gave prosecutors two months to close the investigation.
In the other case the suspect was identified as Víctor Manuel “Doe,” who apparently was involved in the April 8 burglary of a business located inside an industrial park by San Luis highway.
The suspect allegedly entered the business and took 80,000 pesos or $4,571.
The individual was eventually arrested at the municipality of Atizapán de Zaragoza in the State of Mexico, to where he fled after the burglary.
The judge determined to keep the suspect in jail for the remainder of trial and gave detectives four months to close the investigation and provide additional evidence.
