Four men died Monday after a police helicopter crashed by Mount Signal, state officials said.
Two of the victims were identified as pilot captain Noé Carrazco Cruz, 36, paramedic Jorge Alberto Zavala Martínez, 30, both officers with the state Preventive police department and originally from Tijuana.
The other two victims were rescuers Roberto Caloca Quiroz with the Aguiluchos rescue group and Roberto Carlos Munguía Medina with the Bravo 10 group.

The city announced the official 114 anniversary ceremony to be held in a sober manner while rescheduling the artistic events programmed at the evening at the Center of Fairs and Expositions, also known as FEX.
